This is inspired by the ancient Greek story of Odysseus and his 10 year journey trying to return to his island, the Kingdom of Ithaka. “I visited Ithaka on a sailing boat about 20 years ago and it blew my mind at how beautiful it was, and I have always wanted to return, so I associate very well with this line from Homer’s poem, the Odyssey, ‘always in your mind’.”

Odysseus, the ancient Greek king, sought a return, a going home, a ‘nostos’, back to his island kingdom of Ithaka, in the Ionian sea, after 10 years in the Trojan war. I undertook a 10-year ‘odyssey’ to find the spiritual connection back into "the kingdom of love". One often has to undertake ‘a hero's journey’ in life, as the battle of the spiritual warrior is always within. Seeking ‘the kingdom of love’ within each and every one of us is an odyssey in itself...
